All orders go through a 2 to 4 business day processing period before shipping. Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days after payment.
We ship from our warehouses in the U.S. or Asia. If your order is shipped from Asia, the estimated delivery time is 14 to 24 days.

Important: Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for address errors. In such cases, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping. In some countries, international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These must be paid by the buyer.
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to activate after shipping. If it still doesn’t work after that time, please contact us for assistance.
This can happen for several reasons: The carrier may have marked it as delivered early. It may have been left with a neighbor, receptionist, or at the local post office. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@mysticwitches.com or visit your local post office.
If you’re in the U.S. and it’s been over 20 business days, or over 30 days internationally, contact us with your name and order number. Note for international customers: customs delays are beyond our control.
Once the order is confirmed, the preparation process begins immediately to ensure fast and efficient delivery. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of purchases after they have been placed. We recommend carefully reviewing all details before completing your order, as once the process has started, it may not be possible to stop or modify it.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Email us at support@mysticwitches.com with the subject “RETURN” and we’ll send you instructions. A 25% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return costs and risks. We recommend using a trackable, insured method. Returns without original packaging or with signs of use will not be accepted.

Return conditions: Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on clothing, masks, or items used on the skin. If a clothing item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
The refund will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product, once we have verified that it is in perfect condition for return. If the item is returned damaged or incomplete due to reasons attributable to the customer, the refund will not be issued. If the return is due to a product that arrived damaged, incomplete, or defective, the corresponding warranty will apply after verification.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please send us a clear photo for verification. If the defect is our responsibility, we will assist you immediately and send a replacement at no cost.
